Just got home from a visit with my chiropractor. She's decided that symptoms and feelings I've been having this week are all a result of stress and has ordered me to take it easy. I've heard of stress causing physical symptoms before, but this is the first time to my knowledge that I've actually experienced that.
So what do you do to destress?

Take a day off, if you can. Spend time with nature. Take your kid to a park or an indoor playground at a mall. Go see a movie. Make arrangements to have ME time (my ME time is tonight from 7 to 9... I'm playing bunco with my friends... I get ME time once a month) Turn off the computer. Turn off the computer. Take a day off, if you can. Spend time with nature. Turn off the computer.
