What's the word 'transparency' mean to you? Not that a piece of window glass is transparent, but who you are being transparent to those around you? I'm cooking thoughts on this one - more later.
I'd say there different amounts and moments of transparency that might be required in a variety of situations, and all of them require a different a level of trust.
Transparency is the act of being vulnerable in community with someone exposing something we think or feel that we protect.
